Moneo electronic purse payments accepted in CROUS restaurants and cafeterias (Grenoble city center and campus, Chambéry, Bourget du Lac, Annecy, Valence)

Your e-purse will be accepted in every CROUS restaurant in France provided with the Moneo system !
Please go to the ticket counters of the main university restaurants to get an electronic purse request form.
Electronic purses are free for students and academic staff !
They can be reloaded by credit card (see which banks adopted the Moneo system) on reload terminals available for use in the restaurant entrance halls, or by cash at the university restaurant ticket counters.
If your e-purse is lost, a 5 euro charge (student rate) will apply to issue a new one.
If it has expired, a new one will be issued free of charge.
Your e-purse is valid for a maximum period of 3 years.
Please do not forget to confirm your student or staff position at the beginning of each academic year - between 1 September and 30 November - to the restaurant ticket counter.
The e-purse is available in:
* Grenoble and Valence, since September 2008.
Please complete and return the request form 
to Grenoble and Valence restaurant ticket counters.
* Savoie and Haute Savoie, since June 2009.
Please complete and return (or mail) the request form to Jacob-Bellecombette, Bourget du Lac or Annecy le Vieux restaurant ticket counters.
Meal charge:
Meal charge (August 2009): 2,90 €.
Student meal charges are reviewed annually on August 1.
Meal charges for academic staff and staff under CROUS of Grenoble agreement, may vary according to the subsidies granted.
For further information on that matter, please contact the Personnel department of your university. Meals for transit housing students will be charged 7€.
Moneo electronic purse balance refund:
Your balance refund can be carried out :
• On refund terminals:
Your refund will be immediately wired to your bank account (through your credit card). Terminals available for use in Arsonval and Diderot restaurants (Grenoble), and Derodon restaurant (Valence).
• On reload terminals:
The reload terminals in the restaurants Le Home and Chantourne can also process your electronic purse balance refund immediately.
In Savoie and Haute Savoie, all the reload terminals can process a credit refund.
• By mail:
If you wish to request a refund by mail, please print and complete the refund request form . You may also request it to the restaurant ticket counters directly.
Your balance refund will be wired to your bank account by CIC Lyonnaise de Banque within 5 weeks.
It is stronlgy recommended that you send your e-purse and the request form with acknowledgement of receipt to prevent any delivery problems, and that you write down your Moneo electronic purse number (19 digits), which will be required in case of complaints.
Please note : If your e-purse is lost or stolen, the credit left will not be refunded.
