We provide two types of accommodation:
- Fully furnished study bedrooms (12 sq m/129 sq ft), with ensuite shower room and toilets. Shared kitchen on each floor.
- Self-contained accommodation: fully furnished studio flats (15 sq m/ 161 sq ft to 40 sq m/ 430 sq ft), with kitchenette, bathroom and toilets.
Tenancies are 12 month fixed term agreements.
If you wish to leave earlier than the expiry date, one calendar month's notice is required.
Students who applied for this type of accommodation are eligible for Housing benefits (called ALS in France).
The rents are reviewed annually on July 1.
