This financial aid is granted by Hardship fund committees on an occasional or yearly basis, to students who experience hardship.
Occasional emergency aid:
It is intended for students who experience occasional hardship. An application form will be given to the student after his/her situation has been assessed by the student social services. A committee meets once a month to consider applications.
Annual emergency aid:
Is is intended for students who experience long-lasting hardship. In this case, grants cannot be awarded. The situation will be assessed by a welfare advisor and will be subject to approval of the Annual hardship fund committee.
